罗永海博士本科毕业于上海交通大学生命科学与技术学院，博士毕业于中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所，在瑞士联邦理工大学（ETH Zurich）有五年多的工作经历，现任职于澳门十大正规网投平台（分子细胞与系统生物学中心）。罗博士从事过多个学科方向的研究，包括植物分子与发育生物学、群体与生态遗传学、功能基因组学等，主要成果以第一作者或通讯作者发表于PNAS、Plant Physiology、Food Chemistry、BMC Plant Biology、Heredity等国际知名学术期刊上；承担国家级、省厅级、校级科研与教研项目多项）。

现任中国细胞生物学学会植物器官发生分会委员，产业转化工作组组长。
